2.1 Online quote tool estimates are indicative only and may change following an on-site assessment.
2.2 A formal quote, issued after inspection, reflects the final cost.
2.3 Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

3. Services

3.1 Products and services are subject to availability.
3.2 Custom fencing projects require client approval before production begins.

4. Payment

4.1 A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.2 Late payments may result in additional charges as outlined in your invoice.

5. Installation and Delivery

5.1 Installation dates are provisional and may be adjusted due to weather or other factors.
5.2 Customers must ensure the site is accessible for installation. Additional fees may apply for unprepared sites.

6. Warranty

6.1 Our fencing comes with a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects.
6.2 The warranty excludes damage from misuse, natural disasters, or unauthorised modifications.

7. Cancellations

7.1 Written notice of cancellations is required 7 days before the scheduled date.
7.2 Refunds for deposits on fencing projects may not be issued after production begins.

8. Liability

8.1 Fence Works Perth is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain required council approvals before installation.
